Refund policy
Refund Policy for Private Dance Lessons.
30-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If you have already used some lessons, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining value of your package.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Gift Card Transfers: Gift cards can be shared to a family member or friend. Sale items are also transferable.
Membership Transfers: Membership purchases are transferable to another person.
Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations: You may cancel a scheduled private lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson time to receive full credit or reschedule without penalty.
Late or No-Show: If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, the lesson will be counted as attended and charged accordingly, unless you have a separate exception agreed upon with your instructor.
How Refunds Are Issued: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-14 business days. For prorated refunds, we will calculate the remaining unused value based on the original package price and the number of remaining lessons or time.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation: Please email hello@impulsodance.com or text your instructor for a faster response. Include your purchase receipt, order number, and the reason for the refund or cancellation. For gift card or transfer requests, please provide the recipient’s name and contact details.
Special Accommodations and Exceptions: If you have a documented medical or emergency situation, please reach out to discuss any exceptions or alternative arrangements.
